Kerensa K. Iraha has been named an associate at Farlie Turner & Co., a Fort Lauderdale-based investment banking firm.
Iraha’s duties will include executing merger and acquisition transactions for middle market companies with enterprise values typically between $30 and $300 million.
Prior to joining Farlie Turner, Iraha served as an associate with Paragon Capital Partners, LLC, a merchant and investment banking firm located in New York City. While at Paragon, she worked on sellside, buyside and financing transactions for small to mid-cap companies across a number of industry sectors. In 2006, Iraha was part of the team who received the Turnaround Management Association’s Mid-sized Transaction of the Year Award.
Iraha graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor of science in economics, with concentrations in finance and management. Originally from Hawaii, she was president of the Penn Hawaii Club and an active member in the Asian Pacific American Leadership Initiative.
