Craig L. Farlie, Managing Director

Mr. Farlie is a founder and Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. and Bayshore Partners, LLC.  Prior to the formation of Farlie Turner, Mr. Farlie was founder and President of Kiaora Consulting Co., which provided business and strategic advice to a range of corporate clients.

 

 

Prior to founding Kiaora, Mr. Farlie was co-founder of PrintSource USA, a leading privately-held consolidator of commercial printing companies, where he also served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director. From its founding in September 1998 to its sale in September 2000, PrintSource acquired 11 companies and grew revenue from $0 to $70 million. 

 

Prior to founding PrintSource, Mr. Farlie served as Vice President, Corporate Development for Republic Industries (today comprised of Republic Services Group (NYSE:RSG) and AutoNation (NYSE:AN)) where he led a team responsible for several hundred acquisitions of privately-held companies.  Mr. Farlie was also employed at Huizenga Holdings, a private holding company, and held several positions at Blockbuster Entertainment, including Manager, Corporate Development. Prior to Blockbuster, Mr. Farlie served as a Financial Analyst at PaineWebber Incorporated, a New York-based investment bank.
 
Mr. Farlie received an A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. 
 
Michael F. Turner, Managing Director

Mr. Turner is a founder and Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. and Bayshore Partners, LLC.  Prior to the formation of Farlie Turner, Mr. Turner was a Principal with Brockway Moran & Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in growth-oriented middle market companies.

 
Mr. Turner was responsible for managing all stages of the transaction and investing process. In addition, Mr. Turner was actively involved in managing existing investments, including assessing financing options, recruiting senior management personnel, structuring senior management compensation, and other strategic and operational issues.
 
Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr. Turner was a Vice President with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., the mergers and acquisition division of First Union Securities.  At Bowles Hollowell, Mr. Turner advised on numerous transactions, including exclusive sale assignments, buyside advisory, private placements, and various strategic advisory assignments.
 
Prior to Bowles Hollowell Conner, Mr. Turner served as Senior Associate with Preve Liberatore and Barton, a commercial real estate advisory firm. 
 
Mr. Turner received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. 
 
Scott J. Saunders, Managing Director

Mr. Saunders is a Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. and Managing Member of Saunders Advisory Group, LLC.  Since 1992, he has served as a financial and strategic advisor to middle market companies across a variety of industries. 

 
In addition to operating his advisory practice, from May 2000 to October 2002, Mr. Saunders served as Senior Advisor, then Senior Vice President, Office of the Chairman, at Perry Ellis International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PERY).  In this capacity, he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions and the firm’s capital structure. 
 
From 1999 to 2003, he lectured annually on topics in mergers and acquisitions in the Graduate Division at the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida.
 
From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Saunders was an investment banker in the media and communications group at Lazard Frères & Co. in New York City. 
 
Earlier in his career, he was a Financial Analyst at Act III Broadcasting, Inc., a leading group owner of television stations, and a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Representative Harry M. Reid, who is now Majority Leader in the U.S. Senate.   
 
Mr. Saunders received his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut and his MBA degree from the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut. 
 
Eugene J. Wingerter, Managing Director

Mr. Wingerter is a Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co., focused on the U.S. and Canadian environmental services industry. His clients include waste services companies as well as equipment and technology companies serving the environmental field. 

 
Mr. Wingerter has over 35 years experience in the waste management industry, having previously served as the Executive Director/CEO of the Environmental Industry Association (formerly the National Solid Waste Management Association) from 1972 to 1995. The EIA is the national organization representing the $45 billion/year waste management industry.
 
In 1995, he founded the Environmental Research and Education Foundation, whose activities include research and technology support for the waste management industry. 
 
Mr. Wingerter's earlier career includes over ten years in advanced military weapons technology. As a research director at Booz Allen and Hamilton, he served clients in the US Naval Air Systems Command. He also served as project engineer at Vitro Laboratories in advanced naval missile systems.
 
Mr. Wingerter is also the founder of Wingerter and Associates LLC, a market research and product development consulting firm, and  President/CEO of Threat Response Technologies LLC, a company serving the homeland security field. He holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit and a Masters Degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University.
 
Erik H. Rudolph, Managing Director

Erik Rudolph is a Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. Prior to joining Farlie Turner, Mr. Rudolph was a Partner and Managing Director of Aquetong Capital Advisors, an investment bank offering advisory services to closely-held, middle market companies.
 
 
At Aquetong, Mr. Rudolph completed numerous sell-side transactions in a variety of industries, including oil & gas services, food & beverage, specialty packaging, branded consumer products, consumer retail and health care.
 
Mr. Rudolph started his investment banking career at Goldsmith Agio Helms, now Lazard Middle Market, where he was a Director in their New York office. After Goldsmith Agio Helms, Mr. Rudolph joined the Steven Goldsmith Group as a Partner and Managing Director, where he advised on industrial distribution, food & beverage, and transportation companies.
 
Mr. Rudolph received a B.A. in Political Science from New York University, and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Rudolph is a member in good standing of the State of New York Bar.
 
Steven B. Zuckerman, Managing Director & Head of Special Situations Group
 

Mr. Zuckerman is a Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. and leads its Special Situations Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zuckerman founded Innovo Capital, LLC and 7615 Harding, LLC, to facilitate the investment in a distressed operating company and under-performing real estate asset.

   
Mr. Zuckerman was previously an attorney with the nationally recognized law firm of Berger Singerman, where he specialized in representing financially distressed businesses, creditors, bankruptcy trustees and investors in connection with the purchase and sale of distressed companies and assets.
 
Twice recognized as a member of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite “Up and Coming” attorneys, Mr. Zuckerman has authored several published articles on various restructuring topics.  He also founded Leaders of Tomorrow, an exclusive networking and mentoring organization comprised of South Florida’s next generation of business and community leaders.
 
Before joining Berger Singerman, Mr. Zuckerman was active with high-growth technology companies.  He served as Vice President for the consulting and executive search firm Becker-Net and as Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategy, and General Counsel for the e-commerce application service provider gTranz.com.
 
Mr. Zuckerman earned a B.A. with honors from Boston University and a J.D. with honors from University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, the Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, Secured Lenders of South Florida, and the South Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association.
 
Mr. Zuckerman was recently elected to the Board of Directors for CHARLEE Homes for Children, a leading non-profit foster care agency that takes care of approximately 1,000 abused, abandoned and neglected children in Florida. 
    
Charles F. Fultz, Vice President

Mr. Fultz is a Vice President of Farlie Turner and Bayshore Partners, LLC. With more than eight years of investment banking experience, Mr. Fultz has worked with numerous companies in the food and beverage, consumer products, business services and distribution sectors.

 

Prior to joining Farlie Turner, Mr. Fultz was a Vice President with Brown Gibbons Lang & Company where he provided middle market companies merger and acquisition advisory services, debt and equity placements, financial restructuring advisory services and business valuations. Mr. Fultz was also a summer associate at Barrington Associates, a Los Angeles investment bank focused on middle market transactions.

 

Mr. Fultz received a B.A. in Economics from John Carroll University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.  

 
Kerensa K. Iraha, Associate

Ms. Iraha is an Associate of Farlie Turner & Co. Prior to joining Farlie Turner, Ms. Iraha served as an M&A Analyst and M&A Associate at Paragon Capital Partners, LLC, a boutique merchant banking/investment banking firm located in New York City. 

 
While at Paragon, Ms. Iraha worked on small to mid-cap buy-side, sell-side, and financing transactions in a number of sectors. 
 
Ms. Iraha received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Management.

Mr. Cvetkovic is a Senior Analyst of Farlie Turner & Co.  Mr. Cvetkovic is a graduate of Princeton University, where he received his A.B. degree in Politics with a concentration in International Relations, and played varsity football.
